This section explains the setup, use, and care of the KickAss Camping Shower Tent Awning installed on the BreathTrailer.
The shower tent provides a private area for showering, toilet use, or changing while camping or off-grid.

The BreathTrailer is equipped with a KickAss vehicle-mounted shower tent, designed for quick deployment and durable outdoor use.

Setup Instructions
Follow these steps to set up the shower tent:
- Ensure the trailer is stationary and the handbrake is applied.
- Unzip the shower tent storage bag.
- Fold the tent outward from the trailer.
- Allow the frame and fabric to drop into position.
- Secure the bottom of the tent using the supplied pegs if required.
- Adjust the hanging straps to suit ground level and trailer height.
✔️ The shower tent is now ready for use.
Using the Shower Tent
The shower tent can be paired with: - A 12V water pump - The KickAss instant gas hot water system
This combination provides a complete off-grid shower solution.
⚠️ Ensure the water pump is ON and the hot water system is correctly connected before use.
Pack-Up Instructions
To pack away the shower tent:
- Ensure the tent is clean and free from debris.
- Fold the tent neatly toward the trailer.
- Allow the frame to collapse into its stored position.
- Zip the storage bag fully closed.
⚠️ Avoid packing away the tent when wet.
If packed wet, open and dry the tent as soon as possible to prevent mould or fabric damage.
Care & Maintenance
To maintain the shower tent in good condition:
- Clean with cold water and a soft brush only
- Do not use detergents, solvents, or harsh chemicals
- Allow the tent to dry completely before storage
- Regularly inspect mounting brackets and fasteners
- Store the tent securely in its storage bag when not in use
Safety Notes
- Do not use the shower tent in strong winds or extreme weather.
- Ensure the tent is properly secured before use.
- Keep the area around the tent clear of trip hazards.
